Fire Alarm Panel Upgrade Main Campus (RFP)

City of Calabasas

Replacement of the existing fire alarm control panel and associated devices with a new addressable Notifier NFS-640 system, including all programming, testing.

The Scope of work will include discovery, removal and installation of the upgraded panels as listed on the next page. Upgrades will be made to only the required components. Compatible components and devices may be re-used. Main Panel, Lobby and Maintenance shop panels will be full color LCD Touch display. Contractor will be responsible for providing and installing low voltage Fire Alarm System cable and Fire Alarm System devices. They will also provide any necessary drawings, supervision, final connection and programming of the control panel. Contractor will be responsible for testing and certification of the completed fire alarm system installation.

Work includes includes the removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm panel and the existing strobes throughout the building and other such work.
