Independent Financial Advisors (Contractors) qualified and willing to perform the services which have been defined and outlined by this RFP and to perform such other services as may from time to time be required, requested or directed by the PCFACC to be performed by said Contractor to aid in the development of long range financial strategies for PCFACC including planning and tactics for achieving the objectives and goals
