Construct Well 16 Fiber Optic Cable Installation including all labor, equipment and materials necessary for installation of 2,500 LF of 2" directionally bored conduit along 12th Avenue, providing and installing 4,740 LF of fiber optic cable between well 9 and well 16, installing 3 handholes, excavation, backfill and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup.
