Federal Emergency Management Agency Grant Management Services (RFP)

Seeking a consultant to manage a fema grant for disaster recovery related to tropical storm chantal. This consultant will work with town staff and fema staff in the administration of recovery grants. Identifying eligible projects, capturing costs, preparing cost reports, reconciling invoices, and closing out projects. Attending meetings with fema, ncem, and other agencies to address eligibility and process issues. Proactively identifying and resolving funding-related issues. Providing technical assistance as needed. Assisting in damage assessments for public infrastructure and facilities. Gathering and analyzing field documentation and records (e.g., timekeeping, staff assignments). See outside link.
