Facility Mechanical Services - HVAC Maintenance & Repair, Plumbing Services & Repairs, and RPZ Inspections & Certifications

Providing the full spectrum of services, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, subsystems, and components typically considered part of an HVAC system, as required for its proper functioning in accordance with standard industry practices and usage. The vendor shall be regularly engaged in the business of providing HVAC preventive maintenance, mechanical on-demand services, and emergency repair services for HVAC components and systems as described herein. The vendor must also be able to provide annual RPZ inspections and certifications as well as general and emergency plumbing services and repairs.
