Facility Condition and Education Adequacy Assessments with Long-Range Capital Planning - (Request for Qualifications)

Provide consulting services for a comprehensive facilities condition assessment. Professional consulting services related to the collection of facility systems asset information, condition, typical life cycle, expected remaining useful life, and project short and long-term repair and replacement costs. Additionally, the assessment shall include condition index ratings at both building and system levels.

Pender County School District

Facility Condition Assessment and Deferred Maintenance Planning. This contract will require inspections of all facilities by qualified consultant teams. The facility conditions survey must focus on the following property elements: - exterior systems - doors, roofs, window systems; - interior construction - doors, flooring, walls, visible structural components; - interior finishes - ceiling, flooring, wall finishes.
