External Cleaning and Painting of the Alger Reservoir - 2025

Work consists of high pressure water cleaning the reservoir, applying 3 coat epoxy urethane system, repairing foundation grout and applying 2 coat epoxy system, replace sidewall manway, install gasket on roof hatch, removal of ladder cage and install vandal guard, drill holes in roof vents for vent modification, install roof handrail sections, and install a screen on the overflow discharge.
