Asbestos abatement at a vacant residence. The project includes removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (joint compound, ceiling texture, and exterior stucco). All work must be completed by May 16, 2026.

City of Neosho

Work includes senior center exterior painting, sealing doors and windows, installing new steel door on the west side and replacing gutters around the entire building. Paint all exterior surfaces of the senior center, including trim, soffits, fascia, and doors. Removal and replacement of damaged or rotten siding, if required, to including contractors markup. Use high-quality, weather-resistant paint suitable for commercial buildings. (color of paint will be provided). Prepare all surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and priming as necessary. Inspect all existing doors and windows for gaps or leaks. Seal all doors and windows with appropriate weatherproofing materials. See outside link.
