Provide annual exhaust hood cleaning services. Providing for the cleanliness, safety, and efficient function of the applicable exhaust hood equipment system in each Foods and Nutrition Services kitchen, Home Economics/Life Skill Laboratory, Culinary Arts/Career Center, and/or Concession Stands.
