ESG and CDBG Homeless Services Funds (Request for Qualifications)

Request for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) homeless services funds. These funds support the following services: Street Outreach – engagement and assessment services for persons experiencing unsheltered homelessness Emergency Shelter – safe and secure facility-based crisis housing and services, Rapid Rehousing – rental subsidy, housing case management, and supportive services for households experiencing homelessness, Coordinated Intake – the single point of entry into the Cuyahoga County homeless services system, Homeless Prevention – assistance to help imminently homeless households maintain or regain housing stability.
