Enterprise Software Services (ESS) Current Offering: The current ESS contract provides a variety of pre-production environment, software, and physical support for products managed by DHMSM, JOMIS, and EIDS. Today, ESS functions as a one-stop shop for developers, testers, integrators, and cyber security personnel to apply modern IT to federal health. The integrated solution set ESS provides covers four core service areas: Data Center as a Service (e.g., METIC and DDC facilities); Infrastructure as a Service (e.g., Virtual machines (VM Servers) Operating System (OS), Internal and External Data Connection Management); Platform as a Service (e.g., Enterprise Service Platform, Platform Management Suite); Software as a Service (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Confluence).
