Engineering Services (RFP)

Selection of an Engineering Firm to provide pre-& post-award services for various community & economic development projects. Services needed will include but are not limited to, preparing preliminary engineering report, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, and project closeout.
