Design to convert the existing steam boiler heating system at bhs to a more energy-efficient alternative (e.g., hot water, variable refrigerant flow, geothermal, or other appropriate systems). Improve indoor air quality, comfort, and climate control for students and staff. Reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
