Energy Procurement Consulting Services (Request for Qualifications)

Provide energy procurement consulting services. Work includes analyze the college's energy use patterns and model its costs for various energy procurement strategies; analyze the risks of the various strategies; perform rate breakdowns of the various strategies, explaining to college staff how the various strategies interact with existing or future rate structures; advise the college on the recommended approaches to energy procurement; review energy contracts; analyze energy use throughout the year, forecasting costs and procurement issues; advise on electric system capacity or delivery issues and operational emergencies.
