The City of Charles Town, West Virginia, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide a total compensation study to be performed with generally accepted human resources practices and standards. We desire to obtain a consultant with public sector experience in total compensation studies who will assist the City in reviewing the City's compensation, including all benefits, and determine the correct market salary for each surveyed position, establish the market value of the employee benefits package, and provide a market analysis of the base and total compensation.
