Provide rooftop packaged air conditioner unit replacement. The work consists of construction of a direct-replacement rooftop packaged air conditioner unit including but not limited to all removal of the existing unit, installation of the new unit, general-mechanical, structural, plumbing, electrical work and miscellaneous appurtenances.
