Elevator Upgrades - Parking Garage and Federal Building

Seeking Engineering Consultants to Review the Federal Building elevators 1 and 2 and the Parking Garage elevators 1 and 2 to develop a full condition assessment of each car, pit, traction and hydraulic systems, machine rooms, and controls; Make recommendations for repairs, replacements, and reuse of existing equipment; Develop phased construction documents based on the previously mentioned condition assessments and recommend architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and alarm/detection repairs to each elevator and machine room, ensuring that they meet NYS Code; Upgrade the cab interiors.
