The Rommel Center requires the support of an instructional designer and a content developer to enhance the quality of our digital learning materials for an online course. We envision this upgrade to include enhancements to several elements listed in the Contract Work Requirements, but we are open to offerors' recommendations on the best use of their time and attention to optimize learner outcomes and experiences.

Oregon State University

Oregon State University is seeking Developers for the eLearning and Instructional Design of Continuing Education Courses. Responses to the Request for Qualifications under the Reserve Contracting Program will be accepted at any point in time that the program is active in accordance with the submittal instructions contained in the Request for Qualifications document. City of Utica

Creative graphic designer, design firm or agency to create cohesive branding, signage and marketing materials for the recently-opened Utica Harbor. Through this RFP, the City is seeking to create a new logo for the Harbor to be used in for marketing purposes, including advertisements, posters, flyers, website, social media and letterhead, as well as on signage throughout the Harbor. Additionally, the City is seeking the design of a new permanent, placemaking sign at the entranceway to the Harbor on North Genesee Street.
