EHRM Butler VA HCS 529-22-700 | Construct Infrastructure Upgrades

Project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following infrastructure upgrades: Electrical (electrical panel upgrade, power [normal, emergency]); Bonding; UPS; Building Management System interfaces; new HVAC and upgrades to existing HVAC; reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes, cable); Construction of standalone data center building of approx. 3,000 gross square feet (electrical distribution, cable management, cabinets, finishes, HVAC); communication infrastructure (new Data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable); physical security upgrades; upgrades to fiber infrastructure backbone campuswide within buildings and between buildings; provide diversified paths for WAN; and hazardous materials abatement. Third party commissioning required by the Whole Building Commissioning Process Manual including, but not limited to, the following: Grounding and bonding, structured cabling systems, Public Address & Mass Notification Systems, intercom & Program Systems, Security Emergency Call Systems, Duress Alarm Systems, Physical Access Control Systems, Access Control Systems, Security Access Detection Systems, Video Surveillance System requirements, Electronic Personal Protection System, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems. Project buildings include: 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 20, 21, 30, 46, 47, 48, and site.
