Eglin Air Force Base - Paving IDIQ *SOLE-SOURCE*

Work consist of resurfacing, full depth reconstruction, and new full depth construction of bituminous concrete and portland cement concrete pavements. This work shall be self-performing and not sub-contracted out to a third party. Contractor shall have in house laboratory capabilities of testing asphalt. Contractor's in house asphalt production shall be within reasonable distance to deliver temperature sensitive asphalt for large road construction and airfield construction projects. See outside link.
