East Main - Community Center Roof (A/E) (Request for Qualifications)

DESIGN-BUILD: Project will seek design and construction of a full roof replacement to building standards. This re-roofing project will be limited to the roof portions of the building and will remove the existing 8,235 SF multi-layer membrane roof and gravel top and replace it with a new single-ply membrane system.
