East Lyme Community Center Roof Replacement

Seeking contractors for roof replacement project. Structural roof deck repair / patch (replace in kind). Remove & replace exterior cementitious envelope assembly / eifs (exterior synthetic finish, associated elements (mesh, base-weeps / flashing, etc. ), water-damaged insulation and exterior sheathing if required). Removal and replacement of existing fascia board due to rot or bird damage. Removal and replacement of existing 3/4" plywood deck due to water damage.
