Provide B201 Variable Refrigerant Flow System, The contractor shall Remove the two current heat pump systems outside of building 201, the Fire Station, Remove a total of 13 mini split head units, including their corresponding wall mounted thermostat. Remove the two current refrigerant manifolds located in the ceiling of the living quarters of the building where the work is being performed, nstall a new 15-ton variable refrigerant flow, three pipe, system to manufacture specification in the area where the previous heat pump systems were located, Install a new refrigerant manifold (branch circuit controller) in place of the two manifolds that were previously removed See outside link

Provide DSCR B54 HVAC Condenser Replacement Project, Remove the A/C Condensing unit outside of building 54E located on the southwest corner. Remove the current air handler unit located in the ceiling, Remove all the electrical equipment that is not capable of operating the new equipment to be installed, Remove all the ductwork associated with the current heating system being replaced, Install 2 separate, 7.5-ton and 5-ton, A/C Condensing unit and have them properly mounted and secured onto a concrete base. The contractor shall: Mobilizations: Deliver any equipment that is to be used in the running of this project, i.e. scaffolds/lifts, safety equipment, etc. Set up a ventilation system in order to ensure proper airflow, air filtration and decontamination. Site preparation and protection: Install barriers to isolate the work area; Make any preparations necessary to ensure the area is contained so that no debris leaves the designated work area. Cover any equipment that was not removed from the building to prevent the equipment from being exposed to lead. See attached file.
