Double Eagle II Airport Air Traffic Control Tower Rehabilitation

Base Bid: Construction of the Level 3 restroom, re-roofing the Tower, removal and installation of interior architectural finishings, plumbing, mechanical and electrical lighting and power improvements. Additive Alternate 1: Installation of a Voice Control System including voice switches, software, recorder, racks, and operator interfaces, cabling and connections. Additive Alternate 2: Extension or the surface roadway, pavement crack and surface seal of the existing pavements and marking of the pavements.
