Doris Leeper Spruce Creek Preserve Vertical/Site Improvement

Work includes construct improvements to the site consisting of sitework, amenities and entrance ways. The amenities include: prefabricated open air pavilions, dock with ada kayak launch, bat house, prefab restroom building and observation tower. The project also includes stamped concrete sidewalks, gravel drive and parking, concrete paved and striped ada parking, power and water well. The work also includes signage and site furniture. The site furniture will require assembly on-site by a carpenter. Contractor's operations shall comply with all permit conditions.
