DLPS Central Middle School Renovations & Addition

Project includes a 6,200 SF addition that will take place in the existing courtyard as well as a 79,290 SF renovation of the existing school. Scopes include testing, surveying, temporary and permanent fencing, building and site earthwork, asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping, utilities, selective demolition, building concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal fabrications, metal panel, rough and finish carpentry, casework, roofing, sealants and firestopping, metal wall panels, fluid air barrier, doors, coiling doors, aluminum storefront assemblies, exter- ior and interior gypsum wall assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings and pan- els, flooring, terrazzo flooring, existing wood floor refurbishing, painting ant wall coverings, specialties, gymnasium equipment, window treatments, elevator, fire protection, mechanical and electrical work.
