Dixon Warehouse Janitorial Services

The facility comprises approx. 100,000 SF, including both warehouse and office areas. Of this total, the administrative offices, laboratory spaces, kitchen, restrooms, and break rooms collectively account for approx. 32,000 SF. Currently, janitorial services are required for approx. 15,000 SF of actively occupied space. In the event of an emergency declaration, activation, or other operational expansion, additional areas up to 17,000 SF may be occupied and will require janitorial services.
