DII Housing Warehouse Remodel (RFP)

Work includes selective demolition and layout changes to the building floor plan. Interior work includes door replacements, finishes, LED lighting, painting, HVAC upgrades, and electrical work. A training/ break room will be added to include a second bathroom. Exterior improvements include adding a concrete block wainscot, exterior lighting, security cameras, door replacements and deletions, septic system repair, perimeter security fence and parking lot paving.
