Digital Equity Research and Data Analyst - RFP

Seeking to establish contracts with one or more independent individuals, companies or organizations to provide research and data analysis, community outreach and engagement, and writing services to the VCBB. This work will support VCBB as it implements vermonts digital equity digital equity plan (DEP) and must conform with the requirements set forth by the national telecommunications and information administration (NTIA).
