Design-build - TAMMA Hall Building Envelope Repair - TAMUG (Request for Qualifications)

Provide design-build - hall building envelope repair project. This scope includes removal of all cladding systems down to studs, removal of interior thermal batt insulation, installation of new thermal batt insulation, installation of new storm rated window systems, installation of new stucco facade system on "z" girts with exterior thermal insulation, and replacement of all roofing systems. Additional scope includes replacement of two outdoor terraces, provisions to add an overhang/canopy to exterior doorways, and the temporary emergency interior repairs require final finishing.
