DESIGN/BUILD: services for an irrigation pump. The primary focus of the RFP is to plan and design the pump, pumphouse, and irrigation connections and then develop a guaranteed maximum price for the services including: engineered, stamp permit plans, permitting, bidding and procurement, construction, installation, construction administration, and closeout, as outlined in section II.
