Design-build Services for Park View Recreation Center Modernization (RFP)

DESIGN BUILD. Provide design build services for the modernization of Recreation Center. The work includes Improved site accessibility and equipment upgrades; Structural and architectural upgrades to the existing facility to enhance safety and functionality; Interior renovations, including updated flooring, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to meet modern standards; Enhancement of recreational and multi-purpose spaces, including fitness areas, meeting rooms, and community gathering spaces; Upgrading restrooms and locker facilities to be ADA-compliant and meet latest accessibility standards.
