Design-Build Services for NW WRF Ground Storage Tank & Silverleaf RCW Ground Storage Tank (Request for Qualifications)

To provide DESIGN BUILD services through a lowest price technically acceptable proposal for the construction of (a.) one (1) Ground Storage Tank at the Northwest Water Reclamation Facility (NW WRF) and (b.) one (1) Ground Storage Tank at the Silverleaf Reclaimed Water (RCW) facility.

Provide ground storage tank improvements. The project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, appurtenances, and incidentals as required to properly fabricate, construct, inspect and test the construction items required for the installation of a new 5.0 mg ground storage tank, new piping, valves, fittings and appurtenances to serve the new ground storage tank, and the repair of the existing 5.0 mg ground storage tank.
