Provide DESIGN/BUILD services. Included in the scope of work requirements are: Rough layout/conceptual plan/programming validation. Schematic Design ("SD") including presentations to the CENTER'S executive leadership. Design Developmental ("DD") including presentations to the CENTER'S executive leadership. DESIGN-BUILD. Provide design-build services and work for the Electric Bus Charging Station Upgrades.

Community Based Transition Program

DESIGN-BUILD: Design and construct a new facility to replace the Industrial Design, Engineering and Arts High School (IDEA HS) on the approx. 3.9-acre former site of Gault Middle School in the McKinley Neighborhood. New facility will be designed to house approx. 400 students and is anticipated to be approx. 40,000 SF. Construction work required of the Design-Builder may include to TESC; Haz-Mat abatement; demolition of existing underground utilities and site improvements; new site utilities; grading and earthwork; onsite/offsite site improvements; stormwater facilities; paving, curbs and concrete flatwork; concrete foundations; building construction; M/E/P systems; specialty equipment; fire suppression systems; data system; fire alarm system; security alarm system; interior finishes and exterior finishes.
