Design/Build Services for Fuel Island Canopy Replacement At Fort Bend County Road and Bridge Crabb Facility (Request for Qualifications)

Design Build. Design permit and construct a pre-engineered steel canopy to replace an existing canopy structure that covers existing fuel pumps. Complete demolition of existing steel canopy structure, lights and electrical. Existing concrete pad and footings to remain. Procure and install a new 40' x 50' pre-engineered galvanized steel canopy structure. Footprint to remain the same, canopy height to be determined by owner. Existing foundation/footings must be field verified to withstand new building loads. Install new LED waterproof light fixtures and switches as required. Install wp electrical outlets as necessary.
