DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES For Construction of a New Recreation Center, Library and Parking Facility (Request For Qualifications)

Design-Build Team to provide certain design consultant and general contracting services for the construction of a new Recreation Center, Library and Parking Facility. The Project will consist of constructing the Municipal Library and Recreation Center which will feature 40,501 SF. of interior space, 3,165 SF. of rooftop outdoor gathering space, and 20,556 SF. of enclosed parking. The new building will be three levels, inclusive of two levels of parking under portions of the building. The Project will include demolishing all existing buildings and structures on the site and installing any temporary shoring and/or permanent retaining walls as may be specified by the design engineer to maintain the structural integrity of adjacent roadways and properties. The Project's design will utilize the existing slope and topography of the site to provide access at street grade to all three levels of the building.
