Design and Engineering Services for the Sharp Park PDA Pavement Resurfacing Project (RFP)

Provide pavement repair, resurfacing services, and concrete flatwork service.

City of Daly City

Provide architectural/engineering design services and drawings. Create a schedule of work and conduct periodic meetings (phone conference and coordination meetings) with city staff (including end users and maintenance staff) to provide schedule updates, discuss progress, and establish the priority list. Prepare conceptual plans with options (35% p&e) which show all proposed improvements for the city's consideration. The conceptual plans shall be prepared at a quality that can be printed on 22"x34" sheets. The consultant shall attend one (1) virtual meeting to review the conceptual plans.
