This is a competitive grant solicitation. The California Energy Commission’s (CEC’s) Clean Transportation Program announces the availability of up to $20 million in grant funds for projects that will fund the deployment of depot charging and hydrogen refueling infrastructure for medium- and heavy-duty (MDHD) on-road zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs).

The owner is pleased to announce $5 million in available funding for the 2025 round of the Municipal Zero-emission Vehicle Infrastructure Grant Program. The program provides funding for municipalities to install ZEV infrastructure, including Level 2 (L2) and direct current fast charge (DCFC) electric vehicle supply equipment and equipment for dispensing hydrogen to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, using hydrogen produced through electrolysis.

Provide auto body repairs, paint work, vehicle fabrication, and customization for a variety of city vehicles. This includes light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks (classes 1-6, under 26,000 pounds) and (classes 7-8, over 26,000 pounds). The diverse fleet encompasses passenger vehicles (cng, electric, hybrids, unleaded), scooters, atvs, tractors, cargo vans, pick-up trucks, emergency vehicles (police and fire interceptor units), as well as specialized vehicles like sewer jetters, front/side/rear loader trash trucks, dump trucks, and utility trucks equipped with crane or pressure washer attachments.
