Culinary Training For Vessel Crew (RFP)

Proposals to result in a single contract award for a professional services provider with experience delivering high quality culinary training programs, both for entry level stewards and existing galley crew. This in-person culinary training will be delivered onboard marine highway system (amhs) vessels, mainly at the amhs hotel/training vessel as well as vessels on the run, on a monthly schedule, coinciding with new hire orientations and crew changes when possible. The training will focus on kitchen basics, cooking skills, plating, portioning, cost control, and waste prevention.
