CTR A&AS Recompete - (Request for Information)

Provide advisory and assistance (A&AS) services in support of the CTR mission. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide support for the DoD acquisition process to include acquisition planning and development of documents such as Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), and other contract-related items. SMEs in nuclear, chemical and biological weapons systems, including materials transportation, custody, control, secure storage and demilitarization. See outside linked file.
