Crane River Marina Improvement Project

The work of this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform improvement work at the Crane River Marina site including, but not limited to, mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials; furnish and install MassDEP file number signage; furnish Chapter 91 license signage; install and maintain temporary pedestrian and vehicular traffic barriers; install temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; protection of existing site features to remain; protect in-place utility connections, disconnect and remove existing electric and water utility lines from existing pier; demolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing timber-framed, timber pile-supported pier structure including all timber piles, timber stringers and framing members, decking, railing, miscellaneous elements, and other debris or deleterious material; installation of new timber pile-supported, aluminum-framed and aluminum-decked pier with new security gate including timber piles, timber pile caps, timber bracing, aluminum pier superstructure, fasteners and connections, and other associated members and items; relocation and installation of the existing aluminum gangway; removal and reconstruction of a steel pipe pile gallows frame; installation of a new steel pipe guide pile and removal and relocation of an existing steel pipe guide pile and associated connections; installation of new timber floats, removal of existing timber floats, and relocation of existing timber floats and hardware; complete incidental site work; complete site, laydown areas, and Contractor`s access location restoration and demobilization.
