Cowlitz County Event Center Phase I and II Facilities - Design-build Services (Request for Qualifications)

Providing Design-Build (DB) services related to the design and construction of the Cowlitz County Event Center (CCEC) Improvements Ph. 1 & 2 project (Project). The alternative public works contracting procedure authorized in RCW 39.10.300 through 39.10.330 will be utilized for this Project. This Project will utilize the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) delivery method. Firms with previous Progressive Design-Build experience or experience using a similar alternative construction delivery format are encouraged to apply. This project will have two phases of design and construction that will take place on the existing CCEC site. Phase 1 will generally include the design and construction of renovations, upgrades and expansion of the existing Regional Conference Center facility. Phase 2 will generally include design and construction of a new Multi-purpose Facility of approx. 40,000 SF.
