Provide boiler improvements to Sutton elementary school. The Base Bid includes replacement of three (3) circulation pumps, installation of one new three-way valve, and upgrading the existing pneumatic boiler controls to Siemens DDC controls, including all associated temperature controls and components required for full functionality. Work also includes all miscellaneous parts, fittings, wiring, and accessories required for a complete and operational boiler system improvement. One Additive Alternate is included: Replace the existing day tank with a new unit matching the specifications of the existing system.

Replacement of existing burnham cast iron boiler model v1108, serial# 64278432. Unwire existing gordan-piatt burner. Removal and proper disposal of existing burnham boiler. Furnish and install like for like burnham boiler. Connect new boiler to existing piping.
