Correct Failing Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, and Fire Protection Deficiencies (Request for Proposal)

Work includes the repair/replace, upgrade, or improve existing domestic water main, sanitary, storm, and fire piping and piping components throughout the campus, interior of buildings, and exterior of buildings. This work will include all trades necessary to provide a finished work environment including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, general construction, fire piping, HVAC, and other tasks.
