CORE3 Phase 1 - Construction Management/General contractor (CM/GC) (RFP)

Provide CM/GC services for the Central Oregon Ready, Responsive, and Resilient Center (CORE3) facility, intended to be a dedicated, multi-agency coordination center and collaborative training facility for local, state, and federal public safety and emergency management personnel. Phase 1 consists of approx 18,000 sf admin/emergency control center building, a five-story training drill tower, an emergency vehicle operator course, a skills pad, utility infrastructure, recycling pond, pump house, paving, and perimeter security fence.
