Contracted Services for Stride Program Startup and Operations

Contracted Service Provider (”Contractor”) to start-up, operate, and maintain Sound Transit’s Stride Bus Rapid Transit (Stride) and Sound Transit’s ST Express service operating from Sound Transit’s new Bus Base North (BBN) facility. The Contractor will launch, manage, operate, and maintain Stride service and vehicles as well as a subset of regional ST Express routes service and vehicles.
