Consultant Services for Staffing and Growth Assessment - RFP

Provide consulting services to develop and execute a planning project resulting in an updated Comprehensive Plan and accompanying state required planning products including the following: Contextualized Housing Needs Analysis (“CHNA”), Buildable Lands Inventory (“BLI”), Economic Opportunities Analysis (“EOA”), Housing Capacity Analysis (“HCA”), Housing Production Strategy (“HPS”), and Transportation System Plan (“TSP”).
