Construction Services (lease-leaseback) for Malibu Middle and High School Phase 2 Project (Request for Qualifications and Proposals)

Phase 2 Project comprises of 40,000 GSF of new academic, wellness and athletics spaces spread across three (3) new buildings on campus: a Middle School Hub, Middle School Gymnasium, and a shared Aquatics Complex along with the associated site work. The new facilities build on a key priority established by the community during the master plan process: Provide a unique identity to the Middle School and High School. The MS Hub completes the Middle School campus core, providing an active backdrop to the quad. Its program includes a media lab, special education & counseling spaces, wellness center, food service, as well as much needed outdoor space protected from sun and wind.
