Construction Manager At Risk Services for Dr. A.J. Chandler Park Renovation Phase 1 (Request for Qualifications)

Provide construction manager at risk services for park renovation phase 1. The project scope of work consists of demolition of existing pavements, water features and structures, construction of new decorative hardscape plazas, relocated and new public art, extensive shade tree infrastructure including below-ground soil improvements, event lawns, seasonal plazas with social activities, seating and site furniture, park lighting, power, irrigation, and potential Wi-fi infrastructure.
