Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) Services for the Expansion of an Existing Hangar (Request for Qualifications)

Provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the expansion of an existing hangar. Hangar expansion may include, but is not limited to: demolition/relocation of existing infrastructure along the back wall such as indoor plumbing, insulation, lighting, electrical panels, pedestrian door, etc. Installation of 750 sf of new concrete foundation and slab with 4,000 psi mix concrete (6" depth); 750 sf of building expansion; removal and reinstallation of overhead door and roll-up door tracks; installation of roof to provide a weathertight building; installation of typical metal building insulation on siding and roof.
